Beyond Ballooning is seeking active people to join our ground crew team. Duties include setting up & packing up of hot air balloons. Transporting passengers and assisting pilots with flying duties.

The ideal candidate must be willing to work as part of a team with a strong focus on customers. Ballooning is conducted at sunrise and typical work hours are 4:30am – 10:30am.

With a profound commitment to passenger and staff safety, Beyond Ballooning requires strict compliance with the companies Drug & Alcohol Management Plan from all staff members.

In addition to this, a C class drivers licence and excellent communications skills are a necessary requirement. A class LR drivers license is desirable.

Training and Uniforms are provided.
